Group sessions—Range in size from 3-7 attendees, are 60-minutes,
and held at the studio unless indicated otherwise.

New Students—We recommend scheduling a
Private Introductory Session
prior to joining group classes.

Mats—Bring your own mat our use one of ours.
Club and sticky mats are available and cleaned after each use.

First Class Free -One free class per person, not valid with other offers.
