Boot Camp
ATHLETIC CONDITIONING
Designed to improve athletic performance, workouts are constantly varied to help you take your performance to the next level and reduce your risk of injuries. In this high intensity class you’ll perform functional exercises using your body weight, kettle-bells, and more. You will get your heart rate up, you will sweat, you will be sore, and you will get results. If your goals are to improve muscular strength, endurance, and athletic performance, if you’re willing to train hard to get results, then this class for you.
No experience necessary. Bring it on attitude required.
Come prepared to work outdoors and in the studio.
Shoes required (no street shoes in the studio please).
TRX® SUPENSION TRAINING®
The TRX® Suspension Training® method uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, while helping prevent injuries.
We’ll take you through a progression of functional exercises for a total body workout. Your core (abdominals, pelvis, back, shoulder girdle, and chest) will be challenged throughout, and the level of difficulty adjusted by simply changing your body position in relation to the anchor point.
Since all movement originates from the core, from carrying the groceries to participating in vigorous activities. A strong core will help you look, feel, and perform better.
No experience necessary.
TRX is incorporated into the Athletic Conditioning class. Individual and Private group classes by appointment.
Classes can be held in the studio or outdoors.
