FOR YOUR TRAINING NEEDS PIVOTAL MOVEMENT CENTER OFFERS:
SMALL GROUP CLASSES: These classes provide a well rounded workout and are based on the level of the group in attendance. Since classes are small, instructors can provide some individualized instruction. Regularly scheduled times make it a convenient way plan time for yourself, meet new people, and achieve your fitness goals. New students should call to check space availability.
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS: These classes are by appointment and are customized to the individual based on posture, ability, and goals. Combining personal training with group classes is a great way to get the best of both worlds. Once you know what’s best for your body you’re better able to modify your workout in a group setting. Individual sessions provide opportunity to challenge your abilities, post-rehab an injury, train for a specific sport, schedule to your needs, and stay motivated.
PILATES / YOGA / BOOT CAMP / SPINNING

INTRODUCTORY SESSION: If you’re intrested in joining group classes, and have not had prior expericence we recommend scheduling an introductory session. These sessions allow us learn about a little about you, such as your medical history and goals. You will be taken through a workout to learn basic principles, try any props or equiptment that will be used in classes, and learn progressions and modifications to customize your workouts in a group setting. This is an ideal time to ask any questions so you can confidently enter group classes. We find starting here helps reduce anxiety and frustration and allows everyone to have a better group experience.
